This certification program applies to ready-mix concrete prepared from a mix of cement, with or without cement additives, aggregates, water, admixtures and, depending on the situation, fibres, in which all the materials are: a) measured by weight or by volume; b) mixed; - in a fixed or mobile concrete mixing plant or cement mixing truck; - in a mobile concrete mixer according to the requirements of Standard ASTM C685/C685M. The mixed concrete is then transported to the unloading location by agitating or non-agitating equipment.
