Forged 65 mm (2 ½ in) External-Lug Quick-Connect Couplingsand Adapters for Forestry Fire Hose

1 SCOPE 1.1 This Standard contains requirements for 65 mm forged quick connect couplings and adapters of the external lug design for use in the forestry service. NOTE: Quick connect coupling and adapter sizes stated refer to the nominal diameter of the forestry hose. 1.2 The couplings and adapters are intended for use with forestry fire hose of the 65 mm standard sizes.
