PURPOSE AND SCOPE This document describe the policy and the rules of procedure used by the Bureau de normalisation du Québec (BNQ) in the development, revision, modification, reaffirmation and withdrawal of consensual documents. NOTE — This policy and these rules of procedure conform to the principles specified in the current edition of Document CAN-P-1, ISO/IEC Guide 59 (see Annex C) as well as the Code of Good Practice for the Preparation, Adoption and Application of Standards (see Annex C).
