The purpose of this document is intended to establish certification program requirements to recognize the quality of in-house business relations of a company based on employee perception. This document establishes technical requirements concerning the collection of individual employee answers to the questionnaire, the calculation of average individual results and minimum values that average individual results shall achieve for certification. This document also establishes rules of procedure for certification and marking requirements for companies to which a certificate of conformity is issued. This BNQ certification program is offered to companies with ten or more employees.
