This National Standard of Canada is equivalent to International Standard ISo 1559-1986. This International Standard specifies requirements and methods of test for alloys composed mainly of silver, tin and copper, complying with the composition requirements (see 4.1) in either the powder or tablet form, suitable for the preparation of dental amalgam.
