Scope 1.1 This Standard covers the writing, typing, and printing of dates and times when all-numeric forms are used, and is applicable for general use. 1.2 This Standard is less comprehensive than, but not in conflict with, CAN/CSA-Z234.5 (Adopted ISO Standard 8601), Data Elements and Interchange Formats - Information Interchange - Representation of Dates and Times.
