1. SCOPE 1.1 This Standard applies to pipes, ducts, and fittings manufactured for use in residential type air conditioning systems, (winter, summer, or year round) in the following classifications: (a) Flue pipe, vent connectors, elbows, angles, and accessories; (b) Plenum chambers, ducts, and accessories; (c) Take-offs; (d) Round duct, elbows, angles, and accessories; (e) Diffuser boots and collars; (f) Wall stack and accessories; and (g) Stackheadd and boots.
