SCOPE 1.1 Data Included 1.1.1 This Recommended Practice covers the installation of drain, waste and vent systems for domestic, industrial and commercial plumbing. 1.1.2 This Recommended Practice includes handling instructions, system repair, installation instructions, chemical resistance charts (Appendix A), special environmental conditions, workmanship and assembly, testing and inspection. 1.2 Data Excluded. Requirements for raw material, physical properties and dimensions of pipe, fittings and solvent-cement are excluded. For such requirements refer to CSA Standard B181.2-1967, Poly(Vicyl Chloride) Drain, Waste and Vent Pipe and Pipe Fittings.
