1.1 Scope 1.1.1 This Standard applies to a commercial gas-fired clothes dryer having a dry weight capacity in excess of fifteen (15) pounds, and having a gas input up to 400,000 BTUH 1.1.2 This Standard applies to clothes dryers intended for use with natural and for propane gas. 1.1.3 Clothes dryers approved under these requirements shall be newly produced dryers, constructed entirely of new, unused parts and materials.
