Gives a classification and a nomenclature for machines and apparatus used in the bleaching, dyeing, printing and finishing industries, classified, as far as possible, by the operations for which they are intended. In the field of dyeing and finishing equipment a dinstinction is drawn between machines and apparatus. - Replaces ISO Recommendation R 1506-1970.
