The purpose of this document is to establish the certification requirements, rules of procedure, and marking requirements that apply to the certification of liming materials or mixtures of liming materials from industrial processes produced according to the requirements of the standard BNQ 0419-090. This document is intended for manufacturers of liming materials and producers of mixtures of liming materials who wish to have their products certified by the Bureau de normalisation du Québec (BNQ).
