This National Standard of Canada is equivalent to International Standard CEI/IEC 61318:1994. Scope This technical report establishes the guidelines for the plans and procedures, as prepared by TC 78, assuming the quality of tools and equipment used for live working on elctrical installations. This report incorporates the concept of quality assurance based on the ISO 9000 series and also integrates a single sampling plan and procedure using normal inspection and special inspection levels based on IEC 410.
