SCOPE 1.1 This standard applies to an etch primer (vinyl wash primer) for use as a pretreatment on bare metal or as a tie coat over zinc-coated steel before applying topcoats. 1.2 The testing and evaluation of a product against this standard may require the use of materials and/or equipment that could be hazardous.
