1 PURPOSe This document defines the specific requirements for the sampling of products to be tested, and to which laboratories and inspection organizations have to comply in order to be accredited for sampling by the Bureau de normalisation du Québec. Accreditation in specific sampling areas for which an application has been submitted shall be granted subject to conformity with the requirements detailed in this document, and with the requirements of document NQ 9902-500. The Bureau de normalisation du Québec offers testing laboratories and inspection organizations the possibility of being accredited for sampling if they carry out the test following sampling or they have this test performed, in agreement with the BNQ, by another accredited laboratory.
