Backflow Preventers, Double Check Valve Type (DCVA)

1. Scope 1.1 This Standard applies to backflow preventer assemblies of the double check valve type. Note: These devices are to be installed with two drip-tight shutoff valves (one on either side of the device) with resilient seats in accordance with Clause 4.8 of CSA Standard CAN/CSA-B64.0.
