Backflow Preventers, Reduced Pressure Principle Type (RP)

1. Scope 1.1 This Standard appies to backflow preventer assemblies of the reduced pressure principle type. Note: These devices are to be installed with two drip-tight shutoff valves (one on either side of the device) with resilient seats in accordance with Clause 4.8 of CSA Standard CAN/CSA-B64.0.
