1. Scope 1.1 This Standard provides procedures for determining large specimen mechanical properties of OSB by reference to appropriate ASTM test Standards. 1.2 This Standard provides test procedures for bond durability determinations specific to products complying with CSA Standard O452 Series. 1.3 The units, number of specimens per sample panel, the size of specimens, and the test method are summarized for each property. 1.4 Test procedures for evaluating the basic panel properties of Design Rated OSb are provided by reference to CSA Standard O437.1. 1.5 Test procedures for resin binder evaluation are provided by reference to CSa Standard O437.2.
