1.1 This standard provides requirements for companies (also referred to as Contractors and subccontractors) implementing cost/schedule performance management systems for application to major Crown and other high-profile projects that require this visibility in support of cost, schedule and technical performance objectives. 1.2 This standard is advocated for both government and industry projects that have significant risk. This standard can also be used by companies to assess the capabilities of subcontractors and to manage the performance of complex projects.
