Inking-Pad Ink for Porous Surfaces

1.1 This standard sets out performance requirements for ink used in felt and foam-rubber pads. The inked pads are for use with a stamp for making impressions on porous surfaces such as paper. 1.2 This standard does not include quick-drying ink for use on non-porous surfaces such as metal, plastic, glass and rubber.
