1.1 This standard applies to a quick drying alkyd primer. 1.2 The primer is intended for use over steel that has been blast cleaned in accordance with SSPC-SP6. 1.3 Although primer (CAN/CGSB-1.210-93) may be applied by brush on small areas, it is usually applied by spray. It is intended to be topcoated with any compatible topcoat.
