Rigid Polyethylene Intermediate Bulk Containers for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods

1. Scope 1.1 This Standard applies to Specification TC-225 portable rigid polyethylene intermediate bulk containers having a capacity in the range of 225 to 2500 l for the transportation of certain dangerous goods in Classes 3, 4, 5, 6.1, 8, and 9, and Packing Groups II and III. 1.2 This Standard sets forth the requirements for design, manufacture, selection, and use of TC-225 rigid polyethylene intermediate bulk containers.
