Applies to the dimensions considered essential to provide fit of natural-waist fitting long pants in regular, slim and husky ranges, that are intended for wear by boys (CSS sizes 7 to 20). It does not apply to short or very low rise pants, but covers garments with waists containing no elastic, all-round elastic, and elastic back (semiboxer) in which approximately 50% of the waist circumference, when stretched, contains or utilizes elastic webbing.
