Applies to the dimensions considered essential to provide fit of ski pants for 'in-the-boot' and 'over-the-boot' styles having the following characteristics, intended for wear by girls (CSS Regular Range sizes 7 to 16): <a.> Made from stretch fabric that possesses a stretch of 15 to 30% in the vertical direction of the garment under a load of 3.5 N/cm width of specimen. <b.> Waists containing no elastic, all round elastic waists, and elastic back waists (semi-boxer) in which approximately 50% of the waist circumference, when stretched, contains or utilizes elastic webbing.
