Applies to the dimensions considered essential to provide fit of
knitted one-piece sleepers from stretch fabrics for wear by
infants wearing diapers, where the stretch is 30 per cent or more
in the horizontal direction of the garment. Sleepers that stretch
in both horizontal and length directions of the garment are not
excluded provided they meet the horizontal stretch requirements.
