1. Scope 1.1 This standard applies to pneumatic tires, both tube and tubeless types, and flaps when applicable, for mounting on construction, earthmoving, mining, and logging equipment, road graders, mobile cranes, and similar vehicles operated at low speeds and off-the-road.
