Scope This standard describes the procedure recommended for application of cutback ashphalt plastic cement covered by 37-GP-5Ma intended for use as a general utility cement for filling and sealing joints in masonry, wood or metal building construction, for sealing and coating flashing around buildings, for embedding glass, and for repairing leaks and cracks of all types and for tabbing down strip shingles.
