Green coffee — Guidance on methods of specification
ISO 9116 gives guidance on methods to be used to describe green coffee for sale and purchase, and is based on the terms of contract used in the international coffee trade.
It also recommends procedures for sampling, packing, marking, storage and shipping of green coffee.
It is applicable to green coffee as defined in ISO 3509.
Green coffee — Olfactory and visual examination and determination of foreign matter and defects
ISO 4149:2005 specifies methods for the olfactory and visual examination and for the determination of foreign matter and defects in green coffee from all origins, in order to assess conformity with a specification or a contract. These methods can also be used for determining one or more of the characteristics of green coffee with an impact on coffee quality for technical, commercial,…
Green coffee — Determination of loss in mass at 105 °C
ISO 6673 specifies a method for the determination of the loss in mass at 105 °C of green coffee.
It is applicable to decaffeinated and non-decaffeinated green coffee as defined in ISO 3509.
This method of determining the loss in mass can be considered, by convention, as a method for determining the water content and can be used as such by agreement between the interested parties, but it gives…
Implants for surgery — Partial and total hip joint prostheses — Part 12: Deformation test method for...
This part of ISO 7206 specifies a test method for determining short-term deformation of a press-fit acetabular component for total hip joint replacement under specific laboratory conditions. It also defines the conditions of testing so that the important parameters that affect the components are taken into account and it describes how the specimen is set up for testing.
The described method is…
Meteorology — Radiosonde — Part 1: Laboratory test method for calibration error of temperature senso...
This International Standard proposal specifies technical requirements and test method for temperature sensor in radiosonde. This International Standard is applicable to the temperature measurement traceable to SI unit in boom sensors according to variations of pressure and air speed under the simulated conditions of upper air.
This proposed standard will mainly provide
a) Terms and definitions…
Metallic materials — Tensile testing at high strain rates — Part 1: Elastic-bar-type systems
ISO 26203-1:2018 specifies methods for testing metallic sheet materials to determine the stress-strain characteristics at high strain rates. This document covers the use of elastic-bar-type systems.
The strain-rate range between 10−3 and 103 s−1 is considered to be the most relevant to vehicle crash events based on experimental and numerical calculations such as the finite element analysis (FEA)…
Additive manufacturing of ceramics — Feedstock materials — Characterization of ceramic slurry in vat...
This standard specifies the characterization of ceramic slurry for use as feedstock in vat photopolymerization additive manufacturing (AM) process. The characterization includes the composition and properties of the slurry, such as solids content, dynamic viscosity, particle size distribution, chemical composition, and solid dispersion stability. This standard also provides available methods…
Plastics piping systems for drainage and sewerage without pressure — Non-circular pipes and joints m...
ISO 16611:2017 specifies the required properties of the piping system and its components made from glass-reinforced thermosetting plastics (GRP) based on unsaturated polyester resin (UP) intended to be used for drainage or sewerage without pressure including culverts.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser or specifier to make the appropriate selections taking into account their particular…
