This Technical Information Letter (T.I.L.) applies to plug-in modules used in industrial control and process control equipment and accessories, which may be removed without the use of a tool, and the removal of which exposes hazardous live or moving parts.

These requirements cover newly produced/factory built gas-fired packaged boiler assemblies (including heating, hot water supply, and power boilers) having input ratings of more than 117,228 W (400,000 Btu/hr), per individual combustion chamber, and intended primarily for commercial and industrial installations.
