Thermal Insulation, Block or Blanket, Elevated Temperature
1.1 This standard applies to three types of thermal insulating blocks and one
type of thermal insulating blanket for elevated temperature.
1.2 These insulating products are intended for use between the hot surfaces of
insulating fire bricks and the casings of boilers, where the temperature of the
hot surface is less than 1090 degrees Celsius.
This standard applies to two types and five classes of faced and unfaced
inorganic fibrous thermal insulation blankets for application on surfaces with
temperatures for a maximum up to 650 degrees C. Products to this standard may
include a surface covering that forms an integral part of the insulation.
Specifications for particular types of winding wires - Part 39: Glass-fibre braided resin or varnish...
IEC 60317-39:1992 specifies the requirements of glass-fibre braided, polyester or polyesterimide varnish-treated, bare or enamelled rectangular copper winding wire, temperature index 180. NOTE For this type of wire, the heat shock test is inappropriate and therefore a heat shock temperature cannot be established. Consequently, a class based on the requirements for temperature index and heat shock…
Global maritime distress and safety system (GMDSS) - Part 1: Radar transponder - Marine search and r...
Specifies the performance standards and type testing of marine radar transponders used in search and rescue operations at sea (SART), as required by the relevant regulations of the international SOLAS convention. Is associated with IEC 60936 and IEC 60945.
Information technology - Telecommunications and information exchange between systems - Formal descri...
Describes the classes 0 to 3 of the OSI transport protocol, defined in ISO 8073 using the formal description technique LOTOS, which is defined in ISO 8807. Transport protocol class 4 and NMCS are not covered. In view of complexity and widespread use of OSI standards it is imperative to have precise and unambiguous definitions of these standards. Formal Description Techniques form an effective…
Thermoplastics pipes for the transport of fluids — Methods of extrapolation of hydrostatic stress ru...
The two methods described are applicable to all known types of thermoplastics and cross-linked thermoplastics pipes at any temperature and to any practicable test medium. They were developed on the basis of test data from pipes of relatively small sizes. The pipe sizes to be tested are specified in the relevant product standard.

Specifications for particular types of winding wires - Part 40: Glass-fibre braided resin or varnish...
IEC 60317-40:1992 specifies the requirements of glass-fibre braided, silicone varnish treated, bare or enamelled rectangular copper winding wire, temperature index 200. NOTE For this type of wire, the heat shock test is inappropriate and therefore a heat shock temperature cannot be established. Consequently, a class based on the requirements for temperature index and heat shock temperature cannot…
Rubber hoses and hose assemblies for steam — Specification
Specifies the minimum requirements for two classes (non-oil-resistant cover and oil-resistant cover) and five types of rubber steam hoses and hose assemblies. Hoses complying with this standard are not suitable for use in the preparation of foodstuffs, e.g. by steam cooking, or for special service applications, e.g. as in pile drivers.
1.1 Scope
This Standard provides rules and requirements for the design and fabrication of
steel fixed offshore structures where the design is based on limit states.
1.2 Application
1.2.1
This Standard applies unconditionally to steel and steel/concrete composite
fixed offshore structures. Supplementary rules or requirements may be
necessary for unusual types of construction.…
