1. SCOPE 1.1 These requirements cover the design and construction of small (maximum 2500 L) welded steel tanks of the stationary non-pressure type intended for installation inside or outside of buildings, for the storage and supply of fuel oil or lubricating oil. 1.2 The use of these tanks may be subject to installation requirements administered by the authority having jurisdiction.
