layout with International Standard ISO 8402-l986, Quality -
Vocabulary. It defines the basic and fundamental terms relating
to quality concepts, as they apply to products and services, for
the preparation and use of quality standards and for mutual
understanding in international communications.

layout with International Standard ISO 9004:1987, Quality
Management and Quality System Elements - Guidelines. It
describes a basic set of elements by which quality management
systems can be developed and implemented.
Defines Canadian content and then gives explanations and examples
of the terms in the definition. 'Canadian content', frequently an
important aspect of the procurement process, is here defined so
that it can be considered from a common understanding.
