1. Scope
1.1 This Standard covers the electrical and mechanical characteristics of round wires of aluminum 1350-H19, aluminum alloy 6101-T81, aluminum alloy 6101-T83, and aluminum alloy 5005-H19, having diameters of 1.25 to 6.50 mm, intended for stranding into overhead conductors to be used for electrical purposes.
