Information technology - Data centres key performance indicators - Part 6: Energy Reuse Factor (ERF)
This document specifies the energy reuse factor (ERF) as a KPI to quantify the reuse of the energy consumed in a data centre. ERF is defined as the ratio of energy being reused divided by the sum of all energy consumed in a data centre. The ERF does reflect the efficiency of the reuse process; the reuse process is not part of a data centre.
Internal combustion engines — Piston rings — Part 1: Rectangular rings made of cast iron
This document specifies the essential dimensional features of rectangular rings made of cast iron, Types R, B, BA and M, having diameters up to and including 200Â mm, used in reciprocating internal combustion piston engines. It is also applicable to piston rings of compressors working under similar conditions.
Elastomeric seismic-protection isolators — Part 5: Sliding seismic-protection isolators for building...
This document specifies minimum requirements and test methods for flat sliding seismic-protection isolators used for buildings and the materials used in the manufacture of such isolators.
It is applicable to flat sliding seismic-protection isolators used to provide buildings with protection from earthquake damage. The sliders are each mounted on elastomeric bearings to provide vertical compliance…
Textiles — Water resistance — Rain tests: exposure to a horizontal water spray
This document specifies a test for measuring the resistance of fabrics to the penetration of water by impact. It can be used to predict the probable rain penetration resistance of textile fabrics.
This document is applicable to any textile fabric, whether or not it has been given a water-resistant or water-repellent finish. It is especially suitable for measuring apparel fabrics. Testing at…
Passenger car tyres — Verifying tyre capabilities — Laboratory test methods
This document specifies test methods for verifying the capabilities of tyres for passenger cars. Of the test methods presented, it is possible that only some will be required depending on the construction of the tyre (diagonal, bias-belted, radial or T-type construction) to be tested. The tests are carried out in a laboratory under controlled conditions.
This document includes endurance tests, a…
Identification cards — Integrated circuit cards — Part 8: Commands and mechanisms for security opera...
This document specifies interindustry commands which can be used for security operations. This document also provides informative directives on how to construct security mechanisms with commands defined in ISO/IEC 7816‑4.
The choice and conditions of use of cryptographic mechanism in security operations can affect card exportability. The evaluation of the suitability of algorithms and protocols…
Building environment design — Embedded radiant heating and cooling systems — Part 5: Installation
This document establishes requirements for the installation of embedded radiant heating and cooling systems. It specifies general and uniform requirements for the design and construction of heating and cooling floors, ceiling and wall structures to ensure that the heating/cooling systems are suited to the particular application. The requirements specified by this document are applicable only to…
